Are materials included in studio workshops?
Yes. All studio sessions include wax, wicks, safe fragrance usage, vessels, and protective gear. You’ll take home at least one finished candle and your worksheet.
How do you approach safety?
We teach safe pour ranges, flashpoints, wick sizing, ventilation, and label requirements. Our checklists are integrated in every course and available for personal use.
What is the difference between Online and Studio formats?
Online courses mix self-paced lessons and live Q&A. Studio workshops are hands-on with small groups in our calm workspace.
What is your refund or reschedule policy?
For online courses, you may request a refund within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. For studio sessions, rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours prior, subject to seat availability.
Do I receive a certificate?
You receive a completion certificate outlining topics covered. It is not a governmental license, but it’s a concise record for clients and vendors.
Do you recommend suppliers?
Yes. We share supplier lists with notes on consistency and documentation. We do not accept referral fees that bias recommendations.
Will you help me price my candles?
We teach cost modeling and pricing frameworks. We avoid promises or guarantees; you remain the decision-maker for your business.
